This townhome location is close to many of Montrose's amenities. There are 3 golf courses within 10 minutes, an Aquatic Center to enjoy some water fun after a day of site seeing, and plenty of parks, restaurants (if you don't feel like cooking), several grocery stores, and a farmers market.
