Love this property!! So clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as our base to motorcycle out of. Many beautiful places around. Montrose has many great places to eat. The groundskeeper, Joe, was great, as was Coal, the property watch cat. Night sky was endless with stars. Mornings, watch the herd of Elk in the fields below. We cannot wait to go back!!

We were SO fortunate to find this beautiful property, located just 3 miles from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP entrance! The home is gorgeous, comfortable and modern. There's a full kitchen and refrigerator, a washer and dryer, and a gym with cable machine and free weights. The King bed is very comfortable, and the central air kept things cool. Property manager Joe is a warm and welcoming host, as is the resident cat, Coal (who runs the place and lives in the garage). Communications from the owner and the booking service (Evolve) were excellent and timely. I can't believe we were able to get such a nice place to stay so close the park, and I'm equally stunned at how affordable it was compared to the hotels in the area. Don't bother looking anywhere else--this is the place to stay when you're in Montrose.
