Quality Inn And Suites

Check in went well. There were two light bulbs out in the room which were promptly changed when they were notified.

We were there for a day in long weekend and were given a handicap accessible room (They must have had sold out regular room). The corridor had some bad smells and the elevator was old and shaky, but once I entered the room it was clean and well maintained. I didn't have any issues in the room. Breakfast is @ 6-9 and has very limited choices for vegetarians, I felt like it was very limited for any one. It is very close to many restaurants and fast food so no worries there.

Very nice place, staff was very friendly and very helpful. Beds a little firm for my taste but over all a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel with out a problem.

A good place to stay for late arrivers on their way to Telluride. Affordable and convenient.

Excellent value, nice room, great staff. My only complaint was the rooms heater, it was either stifling hot, or uncomfortably cold. The blankets were not sufficient to make it through the night with no heater...

all went well good breakfast clean rooms friendly staff

Average all around but extra PTA for quiet & friendly staff

Clean quite, good breakfast. Close to shopping, food. 20 miles to Ridgway, 35 to Ouray two places you must see.

The hotel owner was very friendly

We need a larger bed or two queen beds in a handicapped room. We knew Comfort Inn has only one queen sized bed in their handicapped rooms but thought Quality Inn was an up grade.

Comfortable and good quality for the price. The Manager, [...] was impressive with his customer service attitude. It seemed like he worked 24/7.

Not a bad hotel for the price, but it could have been better. Lobby area seemed messy and staff was ok. Not super friendly and did not seem to appreciate my business.

Staff wasn't overly friendly. Breakfast was relatively minimal. House cleaning was decent. Manual entry doors are uninviting...difficult to maneuver with luggage. Guest book information was very minimal...largely unhelpful and in poor condition. Note pad was wrinkled and pen worked poorly. Front desk service was sporadic.

Quite noisy from upstairs and hallway. Bed was ok, although the sheets should have been retired many washings ago. Breakfast was free and about what you would expect for a free "styrafoam" meal. For someone needing a place to lay their head, it works.

Very fine facility

The only problem I had is that I needed to leave a day earlier than expected, and the hotel told me I would not get a refund for the day I was not there. I made a reservation for 3 days and only could stay 2. I had to forfeit a days lodging. I also checked out well before the checkout time on the second day.

I had a mix-up in my reservation date, which was not the hotel's fault. It was late at night and I had an early flight the next day. The manager gave me my room although the hotel did not get paid for it until a month later. They were exremely kind and friendly.

I found the hotel to be very dirty and not well kept. The bedding was old and worn.

My wife and I have made many trips to Montrose and have stayed at the Quality Inn most of those trips. On those occassions that we could not geta room, we were never as satisfied.

The room was clean, and had great climate control. High speed internet access was available, and worked flawlessly. The room had a desk and chair which provided good workspace. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had to extend my stay and they did it no problem. They also extended my checkout time since I had worked the previous night and slept in the following morning.
