I did not enjoy struggling to get my suitcases inside. I had the shuttle service from the airport and the driver just took out my bags and walked away. There was a long set of stairs to get over. He didn't point out the very narrow ramp off to the side that I didn't notice at first. I'm 74, so this was all a little difficult. After check in I was told there was a buffett that was great. That was the only food choice.
I had no choose but to get it. I was to inform the person on the desk that I was taking this option, I did wait for quite a while to speak to them so decided to eat and check with them after. This didn't go over well. I was confronted by two different people to tell me, not in a nice way that I hadn't paid. I said I was paying on my way out. I was told my a very young woman that I should excerise more patience next time. The buffett was around 32.00. It was served with cardboard plates and utensils and was very mediocre at best. I wouldn't recommend it. The room was fine, the bed very comfortable. The next morning I checked out, not very friendly, no asking did I enjoy my stay, etc. It had snowed so the trip down the slushy ramp with my suitcases was treacherous to say the least, all the while the shuttle driver stood there watching me struggle, which left a very sour taste in my mouth for sure. I paid 192.00 for that kind of non service . Also, I waited in the cold because the driver didn't see me the first time he came, he was at the end of the line he sai
