Traveled with family, 3 kids under age of 10, 3 days, 2 nights. The hotel is spacious. The rooms have high ceilings which makes it feel even more spacious. The rooms are very clean! The deluxe birthday package was underwhelming. It did not come with banner/ sign for the room door like it says on the description but everything else is there. I wanted to see my daughter’s reaction when we reach our room door, obviously didnt happen. The free cupcake at Pop’s and the arcade game card were useful. The other items she didn’t even touch. Oh well… I would just skip this add-on for next time. The indoor water park is smaller than other indoor waterpark we’ve visited but the kids enjoyed it just the same! The “outdoor” pool can only be accessed through the water park. (Actually I didn’t ask if it could be accessed after waterpark closes at 7pm, because we didn’t need to use it after 7pm). We enjoyed the Escape Cube, Laser Tag, Wall climbing, Arcade games. The on site restaurants are adequate but I personally prefer more cuisine options. I went for a short hike one morning. It was peaceful. Overall, excellent experience with our stay. The staff were friendly and approachable. We would stay here again maybe longer next time!

We found black dirty socks under the sheets that was there so obviously the bed was not cleaned before we arrived !! Dirt behind the nightstand also !! Terrible to see this !!

The waterpark closes at 7 and the infinity pool was closed due to maintenance issues which was very disappointing. The food at the restaurant was not good. The restaurant and bar downstairs were not open. Believe it or not but it was too hot to be in an indoor waterpark. They didn't have ice water stations for the guests. I had an ok overall experience but will probably not go again. I've had better experiences at other waterparks.

We stayed at Kartrite Resort from Friday to Sunday for our daughter’s 2nd birthday and had a great experience overall. Originally, we booked two rooms through Expedia, but last minute decided to upgrade and have my mother-in-law stay with us. Despite being a third-party reservation, Demetria and Adam at the front desk were incredibly accommodating, made the change happen fast, and didn’t charge us extra. Amazing service! Our room was spotless, very spacious with a living room & had direct access to an outdoor patio on the ground floor—big plus. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were great. They even provided a Pack ‘n Play for our daughter, which was so helpful. The waterpark was super clean (a bit heavy on the chlorine, but no complaints), and had something for everyone—toddler splash zones to big slides. Even we adults had a blast! The arcade, bowling, and rock climbing kept us busy—there was always something to do. Food was hit or miss. Breakfast buffet ($24.99/adult, $14.99/kids over 2) felt overpriced for the limited options. Surfside Grill had solid food—pizza, burgers, hummus, salads—and was fresh during peak times. I wouldn’t recommend early as they aren’t as fresh. Bixby’s for dinner was underwhelming; I’d recommend dining offsite. We went outside and found several great restaurants. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful, and made our stay memorable. Would definitely return for the waterpark and service. Just plan meals wisely!

The hotel is very good,also the water park. My kids really enjoyed it! but the Restaurant inside the hotel is open just Saturday and Sunday very limited hours. My family had to go out for dinner and breakfast on Friday. Saturday we tried breakfast at EEE, it costs 100$ for 4 including gratuity. There also have a cafeteria but as the restaurant very limited hours. Option for food is poor, that’s the only negative point for me.

Staff is always very friendly, rooms are spacious & really clean. The lifeguards at the water park are vigilant as opposed to other parks we’ve been to. Love this resort!

I had a great a day . Everyone in the hotel was very friendly. Gloria and Wendy when above and beyond do meet all my need, it was my twins boys birthday. I couldn’t choose a better place to celebrate their birthday. Thank you!! I have said the I love this hotel and I would definitely coming back and I would recommend to everyone.
