Clean up the place

The person at the desk could have been friendly but wasn’t the room was average needs attention in the bathroom with wall paper peeling and the electrical sockets was loose the sleeper sofa needs a new mattress

I wish I could upload photos / video. Nasty bed sheets wasn’t clean . I asked for a non smoking room I got to the room the comforter was filled with burn holes , there was blood all over the sheets . Pillows wasn’t clean they had blood on them as well also there were bed bug traces. Towels were brown ( supposed to be white ) the shower was dirty and full of loose hair everywhere . Butt dust on the toilet seat. This room was very filthy (room 123 ) the hotel used to be a nice stay , it’s ran down now . I politely left and went towards Monticello area

Reserved a king room. Got to the property and received a 2 twin bed. Owner said he didn’t have any other king rooms available after admitting he gave my room to someone else on accident even thought I reserved this morning with my card . I get on the booking website and there’s multiple king rooms available to reserve for tonight ! I would have got a refund but with it being so late and me having a 2 year old son. I had to do with what I got given. Will not be back. Very noisy and they don’t value their reservations .

Private, quaint and maybe a little odd.

I really like this motel. It's out of the way and quiet. The guy who runs it is efficient and hard working. It' very worth the money, if you don't mind a few things a little odd. I have only 2 suggestions for the motel & for travelers. 1) Request a room WITHOUT Onn. Roku TV, those never seem to work (even if the guy running it is kind enough to explain what to do to make it work). 2) Do not offer (to the guy running the place) or accept (as a traveler), room #110. I don't know what's wrong with it, but it makes noise all night long, pinging, dinning, knocking or anything that will keep you awake. I've had this room before and the noises are explainable. Love it, tho....

Absolutely terrible experience. Ended up leaving a couple hours into our stay. Very noisy due to migrant workers that live there at property. The hotel lost power a couple times within the 3 hours that we stayed. Unknown reason why because it was a beautiful day with mid 70 degree weather
