This is the only Wyndham establishment or hotel for that matter I have ever stayed in without an elevator in the year 2019. Especially for individuals (such as myself) with mobility disabilities that can not use stairs. My stay at Days Inn Wyndham in Fordyce, Arkansas was a really a Wow experience as in I can't believe it.
Great hotel. Would recommend to others. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Quite. But most of all the staff was amazing. Definitely recommend
Nice friendly staff. The room just needed to be vacuumed, there were left over food in between the bed and the night stand. We were so tired we didn't complain. The beds were nice and clean! The TV's were up to date. Nice hotel for the area!
Staff was friendly and helpful, they deserve 5 stars. The room was a major disappointment. The shower head, shower curtain and tub faucet were in need of professional installation/repair. The three chairs were so stained we placed towels on them prior to use. I have taken pictures of these items and posted them on a google review. We are in the process of investing in the Fordyce area with the intention of bringing guests and business associates to Fordyce/Kingsland. I understand each Days Inn is independently owned and operated however, it is a reflection of the entire global chain and unfortunately it is not a positive one.
Was last min resort with us staying their due to every where else being booked. Arrived in the middle of the night. Thought the front desk lady was gonna be smart until she got the same attitude in return.
The front desk lady was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on her guests. The room smelled like mildew and the spray they used to try to cover it up was overbearing and stunk. Jesse, front desk gentleman was awesome. Too bad the one rude lady is why I am giving them a poor rating.
We stay at this location every year for a few weeks, and its always a pleasant stay! Jessie the manager does a great job of taking care of his customers! We are here now again, and very pleased to hear they are going to do a remodel before we come again next spring!!
The staff was very awesome, friendly and informative. They werent pushy for us to leave. The room was clean and i especially enjoyed the hot tub with my husband. Would definitely recommend to all that i know.
Keep in mind it's the only lodging for miles so the service and upkeep reflects that. More importantly, if you are unable to take the stairs then make sure you get a 1st floor room because there is no elevator and they don't inform you of this after the fact.
the hallway carpets were . the stairs going to the rooms was dirty. The man at the front desk in the morning was a very rude person treated the folks that were there with very little respect. He was very greedy selfish
