The room had hair all over the bathroom, there was mold in the corner of the shower. The floor stuck to your feet, the couch was black from filth. The mirror hadn't been cleaned in a while. The floors hadn't been vacuumed. The breakfast was a joke, there was two muffins, 4 slices of bread, a waffle maker and coffee maker. Never will recommend this place.

Our room was supposedly the nicest room in the hotel. :/ the bathroom door wouldn't close totally, the sink faucet sprayed water from the bottom of the faucet when turned on and the room was hot, and the A/C didn't work! We were miserable all night long. After 9 hours in the car we just wanted to rest but it was horrible.

Left a day early as property was so dirty, breakfast was terrible, hair dryer & bathroom door did not work, one of the worse hotels l have ever stayed in. On check in they had us in a smoking handicap room when we requested a non smoking room & didn’t need handicap. TV shows stopped at times & noise from the stairwell was terrible. Wouldn’t stay there again if it was free.

I picked this hotel because it was on our route home but was unfamiliar with the city of Pine Bluff. This hotel is in a very unsafe area, which we did not realize until we arrived. While the check in process was fine, there was a disput between two men and a woman outside of the room near ours. Because most of our belonings were going to remain in our vehicle and cartop carrier for our brief stay, we did not feel comfortable remaining. Since I had already checked in, I was told it was too late to receive a refund. We left anyway.

Hotel was ok, the room wasn’t very clean, the beds were clean though. The bathroom was dirty. I cleaned it before we used it. The restaurants near by were all closed down and run down besides one, you had to drive up the road about a mile to get to one that wasn’t. The pool was green and couldn’t be used. Got to breakfast about 7 and there was toast, cereal, coffee, and waffle maker. There wasn’t any options.
