Cane here to do some work at the mill here. Stay here because they do give us a good rate. I think the guy at the front desk is nice and the rooms are ok. The bed is very comfortable! Tub has a stain in it but Like I said not the Holiday Inn. it is good for a working stay!
the rooms had a foul and bad smell to them, the covers on bed did not look clean toilet seat and lid was broken, tub / shower nasty , workers where friendly, hotel needs an uplift coming in lobby area is decent
My family and I recently stayed at Pine Bluff Inn and Suites and the experience was horrific. The reviews and pictures online did not reflect the rundown conditions of the hotel. When we entered room 207 we were hit with the most terrible smell we had ever encountered! It smelled like a person who hadn't bathed in months! Then we noticed mouse feces on the bed followed by white stains on the bed from what, we can ONLY imagine! Then there was a sticky brownish red substance stain on the other bed. The toilets were dirty and there was dust everywhere! We complained about the room and they said well there's no where else you can go because it's Homecoming but we will give you another room. That was room 214. This room didn't smell as bad but it also didn't smell fresh. The bathtub had SEVERAL rings around it and also it had not been changed. We requested lots of sheets to sleep on top of the comforter and we received it along with new pillow cases. There were holes in the walls and ripped furniture. The housekeeping staff all were family of the owner and they LIVE ON THE PROPERTY! When we asked for someone to come and change the sheets and vacuum the filthy floor. They said the staff was gone for the night. That was NOT the case because my sister saw them in the laundry room folding sheets. The owner is a man named "Mr. Pete". Who was NEVER around. We called the news and a story was done on them on Fox 16 Little Rock. When the reporters tried to ask one of the managers about the conditions of the hotel she lied and said she didn't speak English but she went immediately to the housekeeper who had spoke non camera about the deplorable conditions, but we all heard her speak English and asked what happened. According to the housekeeper the kitchen is filthy and the board of health needs to shut down this nasty place! It's really sad to come so far for a nice time and stay in such a sticky, dusty, smelly, dirty place!
My air conditioning went out during the summer and needed to get two rooms for my family for one night. One room we were given a key for was already occupied, the second room was disgusting!!! I walked in the bathroom and the tub had "alot" of hair in it and looked as though it had not been cleaned in months. My 4 year old grandson looked at me and said we had to go, we couldn't do this. That's bad when a 4 year old knows it's nasty!!! The only good part was when I went immediately back downstairs to explain about the occupied room and the nastiness of the other, there was no problem getting my money back (paid cash).
I just saw a news report on this hotel. I have never been, but please see the report because it's very disturbing. The management also told the news reporter that they were comping this couples visit. When reporters left the management to them they would only comp 2 out of 4 of their nights. Personally I would have left immediately....
I didn't make reservations to stay here someone I was with chose a cheaper hotel over the best western right across the road that I have previously stayed in and it is nice. Wasn't very many people in the parking lot felt like we were the only guest. Did not feel safe at all. Walking in the lobby you could tell it would be a nice hotel if it was cleaned and taken care off. The carpet was dirty from the time we entered the lobby, and not there's a bunch of people staying here so its tracked in dirt. It looked like the carpet hadn't been cleaned in a week or longer. All kind of paper on the floor like straw paper. The smell when we walked in was rough too they need to leave the doors open and let that place air out. When we walked in to our room we got greeted with the same nasty floors and smell. The beds were clean, the bathroom looked nasty.. It was so hot in the room i stayed in the chair by the ac till it cooled off a little. We survived but next time i would rather stay in my car at a safe location It would be the same level of comfort.
We arrived very late one evening. Be careful to follow the road instead of your GPS or you will end up like the fellow in the photo - as the hotel sits back from the road. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great - and the servers kept the buffet immaculately - and were so personable. Give the food servers 5 stars *****.
I Stayed here on December 31st,2015 for new years eve night. The night clerk had to be called twice to go up and get on too people at 2 am or so for extremely loud noises and at the second trip up a gun was pulled on him and the cops were sent out twice. If you are concerned about the safety of yourself as well as your family than stay away from this place. Please be very careful staying here if you do my suggestion would be keep on going and don't slow down.
This hotel was ok for 1 night. We just needed to sleep, bath and rest for the night and only 1 night. The staff was very respectful, as accommodating as possible and kind. Its not a fancy place but was clean. Amenities are limited but what do you expect for under 50.00, so I got my monies worth. The only complaint was that the blankets were very thin so we were a bit restful through the night. But quiet location.
They did not have rooms for us even though we had reservations, the kids slept in one room where they found a syringe and blade in a bandana, even the dog was scared. This place should be closed down.
