The place is quiet. The buildings were in bad shape on the outside. Signs stated that they are historic but historic preservation can be done to mitigate the buildings. Can use some TLC and remodeling.

Very pleased with the overall stay. Room was spacious and the amenities (microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, iron) were included. Wi-Fi was very slow and inconsistent.

Cons: The room smells especially the poor sewage. We booked two rooms and both had clogged toilets. Water was leaking outside our room. Pros: Staff were attentive and helped us with late check-in.

Showing some signs of age but pretty good place for the price. I let management know the shower pressure was weak. I would stay here again but not with someone I want to impress if you know what I mean.

We had a cottage which was really nice because it was like a separate little building. It's very close to the entry and be able to park in front. There's some maintenance issues like fixing some annoying plumbing and broken tile. Would be nice to have another table that's close to the refrigerator and microwave for prep. So could use some carpets for floors because it's a little bit cold on the wood floors and a the night light. It was a very nice large room

My stay here was great ! Got there after check in time but they sent me a txt with all my information. I got the 2 bedroom cottage . It was outdated but worth it for the location and price . Parks were very close , about ten mins to point lobos . The kitchen however had no knives. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again .

Location is quiet and property upkeep is okay. WiFi internet was terrible. We struggled through out our stay with the phone (hardly any cellular connection) as well as internet connectivity.
