Older hotel with nice upgrades but poor insulation. I recommend getting an upper unit with no one above you. Good location and comfy bed and nice updated bathroom.

Room very clean. Comfortable. Very convenient. I would next time take a top floor room as I was on first floor and the parking lot noise and others walking above me was annoying. Also they should get balloon tires on maid carts as they clicked clicked as they rolled up and down the tiled walkway in front of rooms.

This was a two night stay while traveling. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The shower was great until, we presume, someone in another room decided to shower causing the water to cool down. Also we kept the shutters closed due to passersby but that is to be expected and was not an issue for us.

The property was well maintained, breakfast had hot food and a good selection of bagels, bread and pastries. I didn't like their policy that guests must make arrangements before 11 am to have their room serviced. It would be much better to have rooms serviced every other day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday). The rooms were well appointed but the upholstered chairs with a small round table would be better set with a work station and appropriate chair.

Since my last stay, the property is updated, clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast wasn't up to par. Cold eggs, greasy limp bacon, and strange-tasting coffee. We appreciated the convenience of it, but only went our first morning. Also, had a strange issue once with hot water in the shower. Happily it was only once, where the water switched back and forth between hot and cold.
