The one and only staff person was very nice. The walls in the rooms must be thin. You could hear the conversation next-door, TV on) coughing anything. The hotel is very quaint. It states that it offers a full breakfast. It’s more of a continental breakfast. The only thing that might make it a full breakfast. Is they provide eggs and sausage. The breakfast area has five tables and they’re very close together. The room is very small inside, but clean sort of an old world charm. Parking is difficult or limited.

I've stayed at this property four times and enjoy the close location to town, it's quiet/low-keyed atmosphere and the fact that they have recently remodeled the property. I didn't realize and maybe this has changed over the years, how noisy Ocean Avenue is until the wee hours of the morning.

The only complaint I would have about this hotel is you have to ring the bell to get anybody to help you and sometimes there was a little wait, but other than that the hotel was great and everybody was very friendly
