The front staff person (Guadalupe) was sweet and very helpful. We first had a loud TV next door, kept on to keep the left-alone dog company. The TV sound was coming right through the adjoining door between the two units. Guadalupe moved us to a much more quiet room, and it was great. The ocean view is great. The room was very big (deluxe king), clean and comfortable. Fools that we are, we came here during the height of school's-out tourist season. The kids at the pool were loud and obnoxious, but that's not the hotel's fault. I also like that the hotel is far from the main part of town, which can get pretty crazy in summer. High recommendation.
