Nice area. Walking distant to main street and restaurants. Clean and comfortable. The one thing negative was they were under construction so there was noise during the day time. I wished they would it let us know before booking.

Laurie is the front desk girl and she was so great at suggesting places for us to go for dinner. She also was just the best personality to talk to at night time while we picked up our daily cookie at night. Had a great time would come back.

Definitely would choose again

Remodeled rooms. Comfy bed. Great pressure in the shower. Good spacious room layout. Parking. (Might be a bit challenging with leather vehicle) Great walkable location. Cookies at night complementary. No water in rooms or to buy but there's a gas station with a convenience store 1/2 block away.

Really lovely room, good size and amenities. Amazing location, and parking very easy. Cookies daily are a nice touch. Friendly staff, would come back of visiting Carmel again.

Comfortable & Convenient

My wife and I stayed two nights. The room was comfortable and the amenities offered (including fireplace) with our booking were as stated. There is no continental breakfast offered at the property, however there are a lot of great restaurant's and cafe’s in close proximity.

The photos of the property don't do it just. We were so impressed when we entered the lobby and more so when we entered our room. Very impressed and highly recommended. Free wine tasting in the evening was an unexpected bonus too. The only negative comment is that breakfast was with very flimsy knives & forks.

The candlelight Inn is a must stay for my daughter and I. The accommodations are comfortable, clean and safe. We stay at the candlelight Inn on each visit to Carmel.
