We checked in, he put us in a downstairs floor bec I have an elderly woman traveling with me.. when we walked in the door, the door lock was broken, security lock was broken, when I walked around the corner there were roaches on the walls and in the tub. I have pictures, that was horrible. We asked for a different room and the response we got was "what do you expect for a 60 dollar room, but the other side is better". What?! You knew and put us in there anyways?! And think that's ok. I wouldn't put ANYONE in a room that was infested and unsafe. Horrible business practice

THE WORST

DO NOT book this place. First of all, you can't even enter the lobby and it sure as h*** does not look like that. The property does not feel SAFE. The room had a musty/moldy SMELL that immediately set my allergies off. The room was DISGUSTING: dingy, dark, mismatched furniture, rust streaks, mystery stains, and an outright busted up air conditioning unit. I didn't even set my stuff down before I turned around and left. On top of that, it's a NON-REFUNDABLE booking so I paid full price to be in the room for about 30 seconds. (Sorry, I didn't think to take photos--wish I had.)

Was drying a load of laundry in their facilities. Added money turned on timer went down dryer didn’t turn on. Went to front desk was told I had to wait til morning for a refund. The never put an out of order sign on dryer even after I said something.

☹️The staff was friendly and kind but seemed ineffective. Past midnight the loud Mexican music and rowdy drinking crowd went on partying. We called the Office complaining 4x’s! The staff “tried” to stop it but never called the police. We left early and got a refund for the 2nd night. Wyndham needs to upgrade this place or remove their LOGO!

This was very dirty and disgusting. Roaches every where inside. Not safe for kids. You have people parting at 1-2am people throwing stuff over the balcony n honking their horns at 4am. Then you have people banging on ur sliding window in the back when they go to the pool area. The people at front desk very rude and gave a hard time to be able to get keys to go in n out. Our door didnt even work you could just open the door n walk in. Worst experience ever.

I have NO idea how this motel is listed on Expedia, or operating under the Wyndham brand. It is, A-Z, an absolute dump. It’s completely misrepresented on the Expedia site as far as appearance, cleanliness, amenities, furnishings, etc.

Housekeeping staff was very nice and kind. Some of the rooms are not up to date--old curtains with big tears or worn areas on the darken side, a tV mount broken so that the minifridge was up on the table and the TV was sitting on it. holes in the area around the electric socket. Asked for non-smoking and was put in a smoking room so had to change. Bathroom door didn't close completely. Had to shove it hard and see if you could get the door to close.

The room was dirty and roaches everywhere stayed there two weeks and used up three cans of raid. If it wasn't for the cheapest rate would have never stayed there. The walls and floors were filthy.
