The girl checking us in didn't seem very organized and gave us a room that was still being cleaned. Had to go get a new room. I thought by pre-checking in online that check in would be easy and quick but that really wasn't the case. Also, our TV in our room said "Welcome xxxx" the name on the room wasn't even us, it was some random person so not sure what that was about?

The room smelled like dirty dog and dog pee. I know we had our pet but our pet is potty trained and comes on vacation with us and does his business outside. I understand pet rooms but clean them. Thats why im paying pet fees.
