The toilet wouldn't flush, the shower didn't work. We were offered two additional rooms - one to use the restroom, one for its shower. We left and found another place for the night as this solution was inconvenient and not what I paid for. The place was pretty much under construction and these rooms should not have been offered as ready. No refund for us, but maybe you could avoid the headache.

Bed Sheets had blue stains, our shower head literally came off when we lightly touched it to adjust it, it was actually facing upwards before we even tried moving it. I still haven’t received my 100 dollar safety deposit I paid with my card. I had 2 hotel rooms so in total I’m waiting for 200 dollars back.

It was ok. They upgraded us to a different room but the toilet wouldn’t flush so they moved us. Hotel is under renovation so no continental breakfast and they only have 3 channels on the tv. But you get what you pay for so it was fine

It was a terrible stay. I was not able to even stay in the hotel. There was no safety or security whatsoever. The locks to my room were broken. The room was very dirty. The light did not work. The elevator did not work. The hotel smelled bad, and the stairs were under construction. The pictures on the website were nothing like the hotel at all. I did not feel safe, comfortable or secure there. I left and they would NOT refund me or give me my money back!!!!
