Two bedrooms. King bed in the master bedroom and private bath. Second bedroom queen and bath. Living room with a pullout sofa and love seat. Full kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. AC., WIFI.
Balconies of the bedroom with water view.
2 car off street parking. Across from Newport Beach and the new Newport Beach House (the newest wedding event place in Newport). Only a mile to our famous Cliff Walk and 2 miles to downtown Newport.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Excellent location for beach and exploring Newport. Off-street parking also a big plus. Leeza and Telly were the best hosts! Was cleaned well but furniture and baths need some updating

Lovely Apartment in Perfect Middletown Location

This second floor, walk-up apartment is in a perfect location in Middletown - walkable to the beach, the start of the cliff walk and several restaurants, including Flo’s Clam Shack (excellent!). It also is a very short drive to downtown Newport and all of its attractions. The apartment itself is extremely clean and comfortable and perfectly fine albeit a little dated. The kitchen was very useful and the beds extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who needs a casual apartment in Middletown/Newport.
