The room was large which was nice. When we got there the front desk staff said “oh you booked a suite! Good luck getting the luggage up the stairs because there is no elevator.” No offer to help at all. By day two we asked for extra water to which we got “CVS is down the road”. When we asked for ice we got attitude. The bed was not secured so my partner hurt his leg on it. Overall just a cheap crappy bed. Looks good in pictures but that’s it.

Disrupted by poor soundproofing. The sound insulation between floors is inadequate. We clearly heard noise from the room above for several hours, lasting late into the night. We alerted the front desk twice; while staff were polite, the issue was not resolved. For a restful stay, this hotel needs to address its acoustics. Thanks.

AVOID!!! It's old and run down. Toilet didn’t flush, frint door would not lock. Side door to adjoining room would not lock. We had to put our luggage there to keep it from opening. TV broken, sink will not drain. Tried to call front desk phone broken. Told them they did not care.

The room absolutely did not look like it did in the online pictures. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. We purposely stayed out long enough the one night we stayed there and left as soon as we could the following morning. For a boutique, small hotel, the rooms should have been much cleaner and up to date. Would never stay there again.

Rooms are small. Halls way carpets super dirty. No amenities here even thought your charged a resort fee.. No ice. They brought us ice in a rusty bucket. $40 to park. No parking in site. Check in guy said maybe 3 words to us at check in. Location is great. Nice lobby area to sit in. Beds were comfy. No cold water in the sink or shower which is wierd cause its usually the other way. So scalding hot showers.

There were poop stains all over the sheets and mattress. I left the room for one hour and came back to the door unlocked and someone had pissed all over the toilet. Immediately told the front desk and left as I felt unsafe.
