Staff was friendly and room was nice sized for our family. The breakfast could be better but since it’s included you really can’t complain. Breakfast was hard boiled eggs, some kind of ham, bagels and cereal daily. It was also crowded and there was limited space to sit. Some people just sat on their phones while others stood with breakfast in hand. Maybe a little more organization or signs that say “time limit” or “eating only” would be helpful for those inconsiderate guest. Yes, you are allowed to take the food to your room BUT if you have a bigger family and are on the 4th floor, it’s a bit inconvenient.

Clean room and nice staff but very noisy A/C unit! Traffic in that area was over the top crazy! good location for Turnpike Restaurants and shopping. I suggest walking to Shop and restaurants. It takes easily 10 to 25 minutes to get on Kendall Dr. or Turnpike. 117 Ave equally heavy in traffic! Welcome to Miami have a nice day! ; )))))

This little hotel is the complete package for a non-luxury stay in West Kendall. Right off the turnpike, it sits on the edge of a popular shopping hub with Total Wine, Publix, and Nordstrom Rack. Wonderful restraurants for all tastes as well. Rooms are nice and always clean, staff is lovely, and a dining room with breakfast for the early risers.

The room we had was laid out very weird. It was narrow with the TV in a very awkward spot. The worse part was the plugs - there weren’t any electrical outlets we could use in the bedroom area so we needed to leave our phones charging in the bathroom area.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and there is a lot of shopping nearby that's the good news. The breakfast dosen't have waffle makers as shown on the website, has very few options, like oatmeal at most hotels and sub par coffee. The rooms could use an upgrade and the last issue is the hotel only has one elevator and it's slow. Also traffic is crazy in the area especially during rush hours.
