We loved our stay. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Location amazing, quiet road but close to all shops and restaurants and only 10 minute walk to Ocean Drive. We were very lucky and able to park onsite which was a bonus. When we visit Miami again, will definitely book this place again. Helen & Wayne 😀 x

We stayed in the back room detached from the main house. The room was cute but not very clean. The blankets had stains on them. The shower had mildew all along the tile and the shower door that was supposed to be there was removed and replaced with worn down shower curtains that had a few small holes in them. The corners of the floor were dirty. Overall the room did not smell or look very clean. The breakfast was tasty however the food choices are the same everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the beach, shopping, food and downtown area. Disappointed for the price we paid.

Great location nice and cozy

Carlos was nicest man ever. I have a broken foot and he helped me with my bags. Great location. Half block down is Publix, total wine, target with other stores. Beach walk didn’t seem far although I didn’t go with foot issue. Breakfast was made to order. The center courtyard was comfortable however not as the pictures showed. I will stay here again.

As a Miami Hotel Reviewer…. Overall I’d give them a 6 out of 10. Due to me having 4 issues during my check-in As stated on the website, the front desk closes after 8pm, I just assumed nobody would be there physically after 8pm and there would be some type of virtual assistance if needed. NO 1. Upon check in I had an issue with the front gate, it took me 20 minutes to actually make the key work and it’s a MANUAL KEY. The gate has like a trick lock you have to jiggle, wiggle, shake it . That was very annoying to deal with. I called the front desk someone answers but I figured it out so we disconnected. 2. After working up a sweat I finally enter to my living space. The living room area/Lobby was nice , they left out little cakes which made me smile. Entering my room it just didn’t wow me. Doesn’t resemble the pictures that much. A little catfish . Bed was nice, bathroom was clean and nice. Tv /remote did not work which ultimately ruined my stay. 3. I tried to reach out to front desk (although they answered me after 8pm) they stopped responding to me when I stated I had an issue with the tv. You would think for ppl coming out of town or getting off a late plane you’d have at least an 24 hr service of some sort to help with guest issues. 4. I didn’t even stay the night I ended up booking another hotel on the beach that was more comfortable and guest friendly . Sad part is they have a no refund policy which is sad because I couldn’t enjoy my room or the free breakfast.

I really didn’t like the room I stayed in—it faced the street, and as soon as the sun came up, the room lit up completely. A space with that much direct sunlight should definitely have blackout curtains. I barely got any sleep and couldn’t wait to leave. To be honest, this felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, and I’ve stayed at much better places. The breakfast was terrible, and overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had—it felt more like a low-quality motel.
