Our room was rundown and dirty. The WC whas not working properly and we reported in several occassions to the front desk and it keept leaking from the base. We were supposed to received a $15 USD discount in food and Beberage and the restaurante refused to honor it so we had to talk to the front desk again. We will not go back there
