Disappointed with check-in Had confirmation of a double room. Had a local resident call the hotel to advise late check-in was required and acknowledged by hotel staff. On arrival and check in they had no double room available. Ended up getting two singles for first night (at the price of a double) and a double for the rest of our stay.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. I did not like the service in front desk. They charge a lot for extra guests and are not very good at customer service. We where 3 guests staying in a double room and they did not provide towels for all guests. I called front desk to request towels and shampoo and was told that housekeeping was changing staff. I waited and never received my request. Over priced and did not receive good service.

Solamente quiero mencionar que están descuidando el mantenimiento, la vez anterior la regadera salpicaba el acceso y lógicamente salías y todo mojado Ahora me tocó una tapa del sanitario suelta, le falta un tornillo de sujeción, pero el de mantenimiento ya había salido, ni hablar

No me gusto que ya instalado en la habitacion, entrara la encargada de la limpieza, segun yo tenia cerrado y con subllave entro, pidio disculpas y se salio, pero fue muy incomodo. No me gusto que la sabana estaba con agujeros, se siente un hotel espacioso pero viejo y le urge mantenimiento. El shampoo estaba a la mitad y las cortinas no se sierran,

Necesitan amabilidad y empatía al servicio brindad

Mi registro en línea no fue validad ya que no entraba esa aplicación en su convenio , por lo tanto realizaron nuevo registro . Al entrar a estacionamiento entramos en área incorrecta del otro lado del no hotel perteneciente al mismo hotel la persona fue grosera al contestar de mala manera. Que esa no era su entrada de estacionamiento hotel. Era del otro lado . Ciertos detalles no gratos. Ni gratis ya que se paga servicio.
