Over all my experience was grate. Hotel rooms are not the best but they make it up with there service from the staff.

We stayed for two nights, breakfast was very good, the room and bed were quite comfy. Free/reliable wifi, doesn't get better than this! The hotel is a little far from the city (25/30 min drive), but there are things to do/see/shop around.

The hotel was clean and efficient. Room meet all my needs. Reliable WiFi. The restaurant was accommodating and the food was good.

The hotel is a good 1 hour + from the airport. It is a good hotel for business. Internet worked good and was included in the cost for the room which was a very good price. For tourists, this is not a good location. There is nothing nearby. When I checked-in, I was greeted by a nice person at the front desk. My room was ready and she advised me that nothing else was needed since my room was pre-paid with my credit card. The next morning, I had breakfast at the hotel with a client and then received the bill and signed it to the room. About 15 minutes later, while I'm talking with clients in the lobby of the hotel, the waiter, along with the manager, come running out of the hotel demanding that I "have to pay for the bill". I explained that I'm staying at the hotel and charged to the room. The woman behind the front desk than chimed in to say that I do not have charging priviledges. I am not sure why I wasn't asked for my credit card when I checked in. It would have saved me a lot of embarrassment in front of my clients. I then had to keep my driver (and client) waiting while the front desk took 10 minutes to process my credit card. The restaurant then returned with a new bill that was a lot more expensive for my breakfast. I asked why the difference in price and was told that I didn't have the breakfast promotion included with my room! This was all so avoidable but left a bad taste for me there. (i had a bowl of cereal for breakfast and ended up having to pay more than $18. USD for the breakfast buffet. The issues I had with the room was that the alarm clock/radio in the room was broken. One of the lights next to the bed did not work. The TV remote did not work. I advised the front desk about these problems the next morning and I was assured they would be fixed. When I returned to the room after a long day of working, none of these issues were repaired.

This hotel is a very confortable place. I recommend this hotel

Hotel ok but found hair in the bed the first night. They charge for everything including local phone calls, internet, bottled water and coffe.

The Camino Real Perinorte is a nice hotel with a good restaurant. The location is between two very busy roads that have constant traffic. My room was on the third floor and traffic was loud all night. I used ear plugs and got a good nights sleep. Everything is clean, room is nice and the front desk helped with currency exchange, taxi service.
