Check in was excellent. Shuttle was excellent. Needs some updates. I didn’t receive my wake up call. Was glad my alarm went off at 3:00 am or I would have missed my flight.

Property is in sad condition. Everything was dated and in poor condition. Shower heads are at shoulder height. Lack of sound insulation between rooms and outside. Bedding was very thin and no extra blankets available in room. Room keys stopped working after first day randomly. Location is convenient, housekeeping staff were friendly, the person manning the abysmal breakfast area worked very hard to keep things clean and organized and the in-room soaps were nice. Overall would not recommend.

It's not so much that we disliked anything particularly. It's just that the property is looking a little aged. The room had a few flaws such as no available electrical plug to use near the bed unless you unplugged the lamp or alarm clock. And the shower curtain in the bathroom was loose and could come down with a little tug.

Uncomfortable pooor customer service no hot water

Bed was completely uncomfortable in the room we stayed in. Got up in the morning wanting to shower and there was no hot water not even warm to take a shower so that was a huge issue for me.front desk didn’t seem to care at all
