All basics covered!

Hotel was not fancy but it was very clean and had all the basics anyone needs. The room had a full size fridge, sink, and microwave which made it very convenient to store and heat left overs. Bed was very comfortable and I slept well all 4 nights. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Sheets where not changed when I asked the front desk MAN for new set of sheets he said he had to look at the sheets I said fine i will meet you in my rm When I got to my room HE WAS IN THERE WITHOUT PERMISSION AND I HAD THE (DONOT DISTRUB SIGN) on my door and he went in regardless Then he gave me dirty sheets .

Good for one night with dogs

He was going to put me on the 2nd floor with 2 dogs. I said that won’t work. Do you have a pet room on the 1st floor. They had a king with a small couch. Parts of the hotel had been updated. Not my room. The couch was worn enough there was a hole on arm. I’ve never seen a shower like the one in the bathroom. It had instructions on how to operate. Breakfast was decent.

Everything was good except, waiting 5 minutes at counter for anyone to check in then no sausage, no orange juice, no juice, no milk, no one tending the breakfast area. Don’t expect breakfast if you stay here

This is a last-choice option in Grinnell – inexpensive to be sure, but the rooms are rather rundown, the bathroom could have used a deep clean, and the amenities are few and far between (e.g., my TV wouldn't show any channels).
