"Room what's very clean and did notaekl musty ir have any iverpowering artificial perfume smells. Just fresh and clean. The room was two double beds and a little sitting.Room was very spacious and comfortable. The room was one king bed and no extra sitting space was a little cramped especially for eating in the room, Beds were very comfortable. Upstairs room was extremely quiet, downstairs room.You heard occasional noise from the street.And other guests walking by, but not terrible. I would definitely come here again and for, it was excellent value for the very inexpensive price. "

"It was horrible from the moment I arrived to check in; I felt discriminated against. They asked for my ID and credit card, but couldn't find my reservation. Finally, they gave me the keys but didn't tell me where the pools, the water park, or my room were located. We set off but couldn't find it; we asked three different employees where that room number was, and all three said they didn't know. Another guest staying there told us where it was—on the third floor. We carried all our things up the stairs, only to find it was the wrong room; I had booked a room with two beds, but the one they gave me had only one. I had to go back to the front desk, where someone else helped me. I explained the problem, but she couldn't find me in the system; I had to show her the reservation confirmation number and photos of the two-bed room. She asked who had helped me earlier, and I pointed to the person standing next to her. She said, "He gave you the wrong room," and told me she would switch me to a room on the second floor. She didn't tell me where the room was either, so we had to carry everything back down. Two hours later, we realized there were elevators—something those employees never mentioned. It seems like they don't like their jobs. I felt discriminated against and ignored; I was treated as if I were invisible. This is the worst hotel."
