We were taken care really well in the past (2019 and 2022) and the first 11 days of our stay for Aug-Sept 2025.
Though, on our last check-in on Sept 15-20, the bathroom was full of black mold, stains on bed sheet and shower drain clogged/flooded. We had to be transferred three times and the final room we were put on was nice and clean but had zero views and pretty sure the opposite building can see us clearly on our window, hence we spent most of the time with closed window curtains.
On our first check-in for Aug 30-Sept10, 2025. The staff including the manager took really care
of us, upgrading our room and making sure we had a nice view!
Somehow, the staff on our check-in for Sept15-20, 2025 was a bit uptight, they hesitated to put us in a upgraded room with a nice view, they finally put us in upgraded room with zero view after complaining for the third time and showing them pics of the bathroom molds, stains…
Maybe time to try a different hotel if Marco Polo rooms have molds and bed sheet stains…
Although, other staffs were awesome!
Some guards greeted properly
while other guards on the parking lot were a snob! One guard was really helpful, he asked if I would like to save the parking spot since there will be a lot of guests that day attending a convention.
