I and my friends used to love this place, its out gate away from weeks work. this time i was really very disappointed with my stay. the beds were to close to each other and the towels too old the bath room seemed not cleaned.

Great staff, satisfactory amenities, but gray towels were a turn-off. I had to buy a brand new towel from the mall on my first night.

Was hesitant to come to this hotel due to previous reviews, but was relieved when I arrived. Where do I begin? The hotel itself is quaint, louder traffic in the front (can't help it, main road), in the back, quiet, can barely hear any traffic. The service is impeccable. They work themselves to the bone to satisfy your needs and wants. Room is clean, roomy. Bathroom is cleaner, towels are cleaned and non-musty. Didn't eat breakfast, bit pricey for me. The hotel is near the mall and restaurants, so other options are walkable. Used the gym, was pleasantly surprised by presence of multiple machines and weights. Mats, large and small towels are available. Café was on the second floor, but I didn't eat there. The concierge and front desk were 100% willing to meet any need. Big thank you to Rein (concierge) and front desk manager, and staff for going out of their ways to find transportation to Clark Int'l Airport. For the price of my stay, the worth was double. In my opinion, the value of stay here in this 4-star hotel is worth more than 5-star hotels in other big cities.

Courteous staff; reception people may need a little more training on the electrical workings in every room so they can just explain how things go rather than send an electrician.

Excellent staff. Furnitures and carpeting badly need upgrading.

Towels are worn out and brownish. We have to request for toilet paper everytime.

The big problem was that the advertised internet access was very slow and sporatic

Great service prompt and professional. The price is right and top notch service

Will stay here again, again, again, again, again, again, again, and again

This was a really nice hotel, it should be twice the price considering how nice it is.

I had a good time. Everyone is friendly. Clean sheets all the time. Needs to be remodeled. OTherwise it is located in the busy place and a walkign distance to the mall

Very nice hotel , elegant entrance. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are elegant and secured. It's a walking distance to the mega mall ( about a 2 blocks away) but how I wish they have a shuttle to go to the mall. But otherwise it's a highly recommended hotel with great price!

Used the hotel for overnight stays while in Manila. Staff are very professional. Room is clean but does show it's age and needs an update. What's up with the non-working outlets? Hotel needs slight improvements in meal selections. Overall it was good. I will use this hotel again.

I Keep returning (5x) to Richmonde because for the price it is exactly what I am looking for in a great stay in Manila. I just hope that they also offer free perks for frequent guest. Like free airport shuttle service. But overall, the location, facitlity, room, food and service is great. I always recommend RIchmonde to friends and family when staying in Manila. The only thing I can think of to top it off is partnering with Wack-Wack Golf course for access and discounted fees for guest at Rickmond.

This was my second stay in Richmonde Hotel and I can say that I was pleased with the staff and facilities, however; I must say that the room I had was a joint room with very thin separation wall which allow even the slightest sound go through, this affect the privacy of both guests, another thing is the high price charged for the Wifi connection, pity..otherwise ..it would have been a great

While in the Philippines ( from the USA) to attend our mothers funeral, we found the accommodations just about perfect (some issues with a/c overnight). Absolutely the most hospitable staff we have ever experienced. From the doorman to the housekeeper, from the restaurant staff to the front desk and everyone else in between, everyone seemed interest in meeting our needs and making us feel at home. With family and friends, spread throughout the Metro Manila area, the Richmonde in Pasig was centrally located, making it a focal point to visit or be visited from family and friends.

We are a mature couple who travel to Manila on business 3 - 4 times a year and tried the Richmonde for the first time and found it suitable for our needs. The room we booked was a deluxe this time, it was nice but basic with no coffee making facilities and a little small for more than overnight. The TV was great with enough english channels to select from. The bathroom was a little small and the shower is over the bath which was a little high for a female to step into and without a hand rail is a little awkward. We would book a Junior suite next time. The Foyer is very welcoming and staff pleasant and willing to assist. We utilised the coffee shop for meetings several times and the staff were very considerate. The hotel is clean and comfortable and we will definitely return on our next trip with an upgrade of room as mentioned previously. They were very obliging with a late check out to 3pm which was appreciated. The area for breakfast was undergoing renovations but the staff were still obliging. We would recommend for business or pleasure, as location is easy walking distance to SM Mega Mall.

The room is very small. The only location for the suitcase stand was at the foot of the bed which left about 12 inches to pass through. The carpet in the room was very old , stained and dirty. The water from the shower only stayed warm for about 5 minutes and the plug for the bathtub did not work. There is no ironing board in the room and no ice machines in the hotel. The buffet breakfast was pretty good but the juices were nothing more than flavored sugar water. A few waiters were very good but a few were very poor. The front desk staff was very polite but can not make a single decision without disappearing to ask the manager's approval.
