Good room and amazing staff! Being connected to the mall is very convenient, just be aware that they charge tourist prices in there. ;). All in all an excellent choice for a beginner's trip to Manila!

Reason I chose the hotel is its proximity to the Cardibal Santos hospital where I have a family member who has been admitted for surgery. Location is very convenient and is accessible (with a walkway to the Galleria Mall). Hotel is also xlose to Megamall, the Podium and Greenhills area. Hotel room, amenities and lobby were recently renovated. I did not avail of the breakfast buffet.

We requested the room 2 days prior to our stay not to put any fragrance but still did not happen. Maybe next time they can communicate to the room cleaning supervisor the request, so it won't happen again. I have allergy that affects me the whole night. The supervisor said that the cleaner vacuum it with the powder the night before we used it because they are not aware. This could have been prevented if there was a good communication with the front desk and the supervisor. Otherwise, everything is good and staff are very friendly that's why I gave a 5-star rating as I have been utilizing this hotel every time I go home.

The property was good. We had a great stay. But in the Philippines the breakfast was not included. We had to pay as an additional charge which was sad to see. Other countries I’ve visited for IHG were included in the stay. Not sure why Philippines had to add it as a fee and not as a courtesy to there guest.
