The property is very convenient if attending an event at the Ynares Sports Center. The pricing for this hotel was very fair. What was lacking was: Having to ask for toilet paper; having to ask for a hair dryer; only two bath towels are provided - no face or hand towels are provided. They want cash for incidentals and very unwilling to accept a credit card; The bath water was lukewarm. The thermostat is turn down to where it is barely above body temperature - probably to save on costs. The bath towels that were provided during my entire stay was very worn. Elevators are slow and housekeeping uses the same elevators - There are only two elevators and this is a 20 story building. They night staff is probably only one person and it took a while to check in and check out. This means that if there are customers at the desk they do not answer the phone. It took several attempts to obtain a hair dryer (which was not in the room and I don't know if this is something standard) It took over 30 minutes to have one delivered to the room and this was after I went down to see if I could pick one up instead.

We love the location and friendliness of all the staff. My wife didn't like the house keeping not cleaning the floor of the room and not providing bathmat as the shower floor is slippery when wet.

Nice hotel but very small rooms and lobby. The towels were not white and we're almost dark grey/stained. The bed is decent, a good size. I had a pleasant stay my only comment were the towels.

I booked the King Suite based on how impressive it appeared online. I was disappointed by how small the room was. The decor was missing the flowers and other items that were displayed online. Due to a flight 24 hour connection lay over; I arrived one day later than booked and was provided with a different room than what I booked. I was told that since I was staying for 24 days , my room was upgraded to a Queen Deluxe Suite. The Queen Suite was 2 doubled beds verses a single King which was a disappointment to my guest. Overall , I had to make multiple requests almost daily , requesting to have my room cleaned.......... The maid and service staff were very attentive and friendly for the most part . I would say with a few adjustments, the Privato could reach 5 star status.
