There was blood on the chair in the room
I was traveling with my young daughter. The hotel felt safe and secure.
There were ants in my room. Room was dirty and had broken furniture. The road noise was so loud. To top it off, the room next to mine (we shared a door) had the cops called on them because of domestic violence. The screaming and hitting was very unsettling. I’ll never book there again. Felt uncomfortable, unsafe, and hated the room.

Was in a great location, where all the best stores....mall.....and restaurant...are right around the corner of this hotel
The entire hallway smelled like smoke, and the breakfast was not pleasant.
Clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff, at such a great price, I couldn't ask for more.

It's a bit shabby but it's surprisingly clean, quiet and comfortable. I have never been in a hotel that had hardwood floors instead of carpet in their rooms, but it works well here. The continental breakfast includes Belgian waffles which were very good. It's convenient to Dulles Airport and much less expensive than we had anticipated.
The tv, wifi did not work and the beds where very uncomfortable. the staff would not try and help with any issues.

Dear Guest, We are a 100% non smoking hotel. Although some guests do not respect the policy and still smoke in the rooms, We do spray and clean those rooms to deodorize the smell of smoke. I apologize that we missed to properly deodorize the room you stayed in. I assure you that we will ensure that the incident is not repeated.
