Location of the hotel was important for me. It had a lot of restaurants nearby and it was close to interstate.
I wish hotels would write some true information about their rooms and facility condition. First of all, it has a horrible smell inside of the room. We found someone’s long black hair on the bed. The shower was in a horrible condition with mold all over it. Also, when traveling with kids it’s not very cool to have a marijuana smell in the elevator.

This was a disappointing stay. The hotel hallways smell like mildew or moldy carpet. There was a private event on the back patio and they continued playing loud music until almost 11pm. We could hear the bass music pounding in our 2nd floor room... The hot tub was out of order, and the advertised heated indoor pool was no where near warm. Only one elevator was working, and almost everytime we went to get on it during the day it was filled with the cleaning staff and their carts. None of the staff were friendly or would try to make way for customers to get on elevator. Just frowned and took their time. The shower curtain rod was so slanted that the curtain wouldnt stay extended and fully flooded the bathroom floor with water. Overall not a good experience and would definitely think twice before booking here (or another comfort suites) in the future. Only positive thing was the proximity to the concert venue and quick access to the highway to visit nearby attractions.
Close to concert venue. Many food options close by. The lake view was very nice.

The Hotel was clean, and it had a great breakfast which made it easy for me to get the students started for our daily routine.
Close to everything we needed to see and quiet
Me, my fiancé, and cousin(not in room) came down from ny/nj to celebrate another cousin living down here’s birthday, we came back in to our SECOND ROOM(2:48am) settling down trying to warm up food and Bam there’s a roach crawling across the desk ALL the way down to the back of desk(video as proof) this is ridiculous considering the wait we had when we 1st got here to check in and the suspect traffic. But that’s my fault for staying after the 1st room Change and the suspicions about “other activity” I should of known but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was “only the AC”, but I don’t think this is acceptable at all.
Breakfast was whatever. Room was kind of damp feeling. Other than that, it was fine
