The staff were amazing; very professional and nice, they always look happy to help. The hotel has a nice lobby with coffee, drinks, very nice roof top and the rooms are small but very clean and a lot of light and cute. The location is perfect; across the Atocha train station and close to every thing. I hope to comeback soon.

Room was very clean, hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Best of all, the LOCATION. It's close to every attractions, walking distance to Prado Museum, next door to Sofia Art Museum and train station. Hotel coffee and breakfast were also very good.

The true is that I booked a single room but I did not realize how so small it is until I was there; at the begining it was a bit challenging for me but once I coul accommodate all, it was very functional and the bathroom had a good size. With the charm of the hotel and the staff, the first issue about the room size was forgotten immediately 😎 the hotel is perfectly located with Atocha train station just around the corner, in the middle of bars and restaurants, some of them very good some not very, but you get options. Don’t loss the breakfast at the terraza! So lovely experience! All was perfect for me, but I have to highlight the ambience and the kindness of the staff! And the location of course! Definitely I will be back at thi hotel anytime in Madrid 😍🇪🇸
