The apartment was well appointed, clean, w new kitchen and bathroom. Neighborhood safe and great access to metro. It took several hours for the host to respond when I arrived in Madrid regarding a former agreement about check-in time. When I went to use the induction stovetop, there were no instructions. Host replied quickly w instructions that did not work. I found instructions myself online. On day 3 or 4 of my stay, I saw a mouse in the kitchen, though it was tidy. Host replied immediately to my message that he understood the urgency of my message, but hours later could only suggest that I walk 7 minutes to a plaza where I could dispose of kitchen garbage myself. The apt was a nice space, though little natural light and brick walls dropped brick dust all along perimeter of apt.
