Horrible experiencia, dicen que la hora de entrada es a las 14:00, pues la señora no se presentó hasta las 15:00, después de decirnos a la 13:30 que en 15 minutos estaba en el piso. También estuvimos hablando con otros inquilinos y nos dijeron que el día anterior lo tenían reservados y no pudieron entrar en el piso. La comunicación con estas dos chicas es pésima, y aún después de darnos las llaves, fastidiarnos los planes la señora se puso borde y nos echaba la culpa a nosotros. No recomendable.

I liked that it was near public transportation so perfect for any kind of trip you want to do . The room was nice and there was everything in the apartment what you need for a reasonable price. I didn’t like the late check in hours that much but it is doable . The apartment has a kitchen so you can prepare your own meals . I would definitely book again if I would go back to Madrid
