The hotel is situated near a metro station and it provides all that you need for a short stay. Good breakfast with a number of choices. Helpful staff and clean all-around. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Firstly i cant fault this hotel. Location wise, its great. A short walk to the metro station then Madrid is your oyster. The Hotel itself, Clean and well presented. Staff at the front desk very helpful. the breakfast has a great selection. There is something for everyone. The room- tidy and clean and well equipped for what is needed. The bathroom- great size. able to swing a cat if i A) had a cat to swing and B) wanted to swing a cat in there. Couldn't fault the hotel. Would stay there again!

Loved this hotel. Stayed with my sister in law and two spaniels on the way to port of Santander. Limited parking but we did get parked in hotel car park. Staff are really friendly and very helpful. Dogs stayed in room which were clean and despite dog friendly no smell of dogs! Big shower/bathroom.. well located right beside metro. Unfortunately not running in July..

I've stayed here often rooms fresh and updated, ( the one I was in),off street free parking free at hotel. NOTE: if possible park earlier in day at arrival since it's limited and the early bird gets a spot. Use subway and walk once again after parking as it's convenient and inexpensive. You want to shop or go sight see, it's easy on public transport. Why waste time in traffic. Hotel was efficient, has breakfast if you like or walk a block for tostada y tomato con cafe. Depending on needs. I've not ever stayed there when my experience has not been clean and pleasant.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel , reception staff are lovely very polite and very welcoming nothing was any trouble for them, rooms are nice very clean and spacious bathroom is lovely and the shower was great. Breakfast was really good lovely fresh food with lots at of choice .The hotel is out of the city centre you have to get a bus or metro to it but this doesn't take very long and it doesn't cost very much . The town itself where the hotel is situated is only ok nothing to see there and restaurants and bars are just ok , but we went out to other parts of the city to eat every night which was lovely. Opera is a lovely place to visit with the palace to see, restaurants and the food market was great . We had a brilliant holiday the only thing we had a problem with was the weather ( coming from England with our cold weather I can't believe I'm saying this) we went in August and it was to HOT 38-42d very hard to walk round a city break in this heat if I went back again I would go in a cooler month.

I stayed at the Petit Palace Arturo Soria during the June 2017 heat wave. The apartment that I was in had no air conditioning and I needed some to sleep! The hotel suited my needs. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable as was the bed. The breakfast was just fine with eggs, cheeses, fruit, pastries and charcuterie. Very fine indeed! It is located just a 5 minute walk from the Ciudad Lineal Metro station. This is about a 10 station distance from tourist areas in central Madrid. Be aware that the Ciudad Lineal Metro line (number 5) is closed until the beginning of September 2017 for maintenance work. Busses are available but take much longer to get downtown. Hotel has a small parking lot. One drawback is no restaurant or bar however several restaurants and bars are located a short block or two away. Recommended.

The hotel is placed very close to Metro/subway station, which takes about 12min. to city center. The area ande the hotel itself is very quiet and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was fare and one of the days it even started earlier due to the fact Madrid Marathon was run on that day. It was a very nice gesture towards athletes like myself. The room needed some refurbishment as it shows some usage. In general it was a good experience.

It's a very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly The beds are good. The bathroom is clean. Breakfast is very good. There's free wifi The nearest metro Ciudad Linear is close by so you can get everywhere.

Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Hotel located next to the metro that allows us to travel to the center of Madrid in few minutes. Ease of parking at the hotel or surroundings - free of charge. Different kind of shopping around the hotel.

This nice hotel is located close to subway and other forms of public transportation. Rooms are pleasant if not on the smaller side and a bathroom shower that defies explanation. The size of shower reminds me of those in cruise ships of 30 years ago. It was a warm April day so I did appreciate the air for a comfortable nights sleep. Front desk staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
