The property is dated and shows plenty of wear. Looks nice from a picture standpoint. I arrived Sunday around 5:30 pm after a long international flight just to rest and the restaurant was closed for the day. If I would have know this I would have stayed elsewhere. The hotel lobby was full of life and so was the city.

Wow, what a fantastic hotel! The staff were super accomodating in English and Spanish. The hotel is located on a bustling side-street off one of the main shopping plazas. Easy to walk to dozens of great restaurants. Love it, me and my wife are already planning to come back and stay in the exact same place.

Wonderful hotel for our 4 night stay. Near metro stations to travel further. Walking to palace was about 10 minutes. Lots of choice of restaurants near by. We had corner suite/room for the 3 of us which was clean and spacious. Great choice of food for breakfast.

Strong Wi-fi, clean room, strong AC... gorgeous lobby and hallways. We only stayed 1 night and I loved everything about our stay. The room had some miscellaneous furniture that could be improved (desk, chair, etc), but otherwise everything was clean and comfortable. I liked that the drinks in the mini bar were complimentary. Staff was curt and professional.
