Its my third stay in Bless because of how my previous stays were! This time, i was beyond disappointed of my entire experience! Zero attention, delayed service, no promised perks given as a gold member in another platform and delay over an hour to delivering the luggage in room. I was sat on dirty tables with no rush to cleaning them and had my order forgotten more than once. Honestly and if this is the level Bless will continue with, its no value whatsoever for the money spent; youre better off staying in a 3-4 star hotel at least youll pay less and you will not be disappointed.

The hotel is lovely; staff are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was fantastic! I'm giving it a 4 stars because we were located on the 1st floor, and there was an EDM club open until 6 am. The noise was pumping all night and my husband and I had a really hard time sleeping. If we go back we will be sure to stay on a higher floor level! If it weren't for the noise factor, I would have given it 5 stars.
