Outstanding gem in Madrid! The pictures accurately reflect our experience when we walked in, and communication with the landlord was seamless. AC was most welcome in the August Madrid heat. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms, kitchen, and the rest of the property were well-maintained. We couldn't believe how quiet it was inside, even in the midst of an August festival going on outside on the streets. It was so lovely to have an all-in-one washer and dryer for small loads, and the location was perfect for La Latina and all of its charm. We would definitely book again and have recommended this property to friends and family visiting Madrid.

Cozy apartment walkable to many great areas

Overall a great place to stay in Madrid. It's on a busy road but it is still nice and quiet inside. It had everything we needed to be confortable. Close to many top sights No light in dark entryway my only complaint.

Great Location to Everything

My family had a great time while staying here. The location is close to many restaurants and tapas bars. We walked almost everywhere. The flat was great and worked well for our family of 4 with two grown children. Being able to have separate beds for my children was what sold me on this place. My husband loved that he could people-watch from the living room. We felt like we were immersed in Madrid. Great location, great space, and we had a great time.

Comfortable, clean and a solid value

My family of 4 stayed at this property for 5 nights in November 2024. The apartment is quite spacious and we were very comfortable during our stay. It was delivered to us in excellent condition and everything was super clean. We appreciated having a dishwasher and laundry in the unit, and even made a few meals in the kitchen during our stay. The heating worked well and we were always comfortable at night. There were plenty of fresh towels for everyone and we appreciated the personal toiletries provided. It's clear this apartment is run by a professional agency. The pre-arrival communications were excellent and the check-in process was smooth. The agency was very responsive to our messages, usually getting back to us within minutes. We experienced no issues whatsoever with anything in the apartment during our stay. If I had to think of one negative thing to say, it was that the bedrooms have windows at street level, so it can be somewhat noisy. On Friday and Saturday nights, we heard a lot of loud crowds walking by our windows at 4:00 am (presumably leaving the nightclubs across the street).

Madrid mini vacation

Apartment was clean and as advertised. A few things could have used some more instructions. For example. How to use the washer/dryer, stove, oven and microwave. When we arrived, we were all tired from a long day of traveling and a six hour time difference. Communication with the management company prior to arrival with questions, etc. lagged a bit. On arrival, communications via telephone was good. Location was great. Place was quiet.we struggled regulating the temperaure.

Too short of a stay

This apartment is in a great location. Grocery store down the corner restaurants everywhere. We walked most places and enjoyed all the sites along the way. The apartment itself is more narrow than appears in pictures. This is not a bad thing it's just information. The check in process was very easy, they met us there! The apartment is on street level. The bedrooms are in the back so you cannot hear any of the night life happening our front. We all slept great!

Location, location, location!

Close to the Royal Palace, it is easy to access many parts of Madrid. The apartment is clean and well appointed! Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our stay in Madrid!

Living in La Latina

The apartment is pretty close to the metro and despite being on a more main road was very quiet. It was also on the ground floor which was a bonus. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The living area is comfortable and there is plenty of space. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and the bed linen of a high quality. The black out blinds make the rooms dark and easy to sleep in. One of the hairdryers was broken and the hosts provided a new one very quickly. The customer service was excellent. We would have liked to have had a few more supplies in the kitchen such as more coffee and tea and perhaps some milk in the fridge. Overall, we thought La Latina was a fab area to stay in and an easy walk to the centre. The were loads of great places to eat and drink and a supermarket on the corner. Definitely a 5* apartment.

Size and layout okay. Street level on a busy street but near small streets. Almost no daylight in aptmt due to fixed solid shutters; does have good lighting inside. Walk to major museums c. 25 minutes. Clothes dryer can’t dry more than 5 light items at a time. Kitchen was usable. Small grocery and great cafe (Watts) within c. 2 blocks.

Great place to stay, convenient location

The place was clean and comfortable. Very nice decor. There's a grocery store right in the corner where you can buy essentials. I loved the windows in the living room, you can open those and feel the vibe like a local. Good kitchen and washer available. We had a great stay overall. If you arranged a late checkout please remind the manager to tell the cleaning staff or they will rush you to leave the property earlier.

Wonderful apartment, exactly as advertised

The apartment was perfect for 4 people. All amenities were as advertised and the location was wonderful ... right in the middle of many famous attractions, stores, restaurants etc. Christina greeted us as soon as we got there. She answered all the questions we had and even volunteered to make arrangements for our ride back to the Airport. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.
