Never had balcony room as i was facing the back of the property. Housekeeping decided to just walk right into my room without knocking or announcing. I left a night early because i feel my privacy was invaded. Was told i wouldnt be charged for the night i didnt stay and would get a new receipt emailed to me.. did not. If i have to go back to Madison i will not be staying there

While an older hotel and not modern, our stay was clean and quiet. Parking can be a little tight since no one seems to park within the lines anymore. The view from the balconies is unmatched. You can see all the way down main street, and at Christmas time, is a beautiful view.

We had a wonderful time in Madison. The hotel is quite charming and the history behind it is so fascinating. There are some minor updates that need to be repaired in Room 104, but overall, it's fine. Merry Christmas!

Wonderful hotel. I will be staying here again. The history about it is fascinating. The view from the balcony is amazing. Very comfortable and warm feeling. Staff was excellent. I loved it.

The room was gorgeously put together. The whirlpool tub was clean and functioned properly. The balcony viee was nice, but the door leading out to it was broken off of the slider and bent so it couldn't be put back on. The bed was really nice and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, functioning correctly, and had an abundance of extra helpful supplies.
