Fantastic Fourth of July stay! Trish, Tamara, and Samantha were so warm, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel right at home. The room was beautifully updated, spotless, and had an incredible balcony view. Watching the fireworks from our balcony was unforgettable and easily the highlight of our trip. Great location, excellent amenities, and the beach fire pits were the perfect way to relax in the evening. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Beach room was amazing, clean rooms, green to balcony was damaged, let a few bugs in,but didnt bother us,bed mattresses need upgrades, felt like I was in a bed at my grandma's cottage in the 70's,but really was the only downfall, all in all,I'd stay there again

We stayed in a renovated lake side room for one night. It was a beautiful view of Lake Huron. The exterior of the hotel was in need of paint and repairs in spots. It was loud and there were dogs barking in the room next door (not the hotels fault but still a bit annoying). We did not go to the pool or waterpark, however the waterpark appeared to be under construction. The ice machine on our floor did not work and there was no elevator. It is what it is - okay for a night but wouldn’t stay longer than that.

Very dirty, we started 3 nights no cleaned the rooms when I called for room service they said it has to be requested 12 hours prior. They partially lost power so we had no AC or hot water for hours. And on our last night the AC room broke and we had to switch rooms. The doors and the hallway was full of mosquitoes and flies on the door, on the walls and dead on the floor just disgusting.

Decent view but the hotel is kind of outdated and gross. In our room it looks like somebody just nailed some brand new pine over all the old stuff and left the old furnishing. There was no coffee cups so I had to use the plastic cups for water, our mattress was stained, and the AC sounded like a train running, not to mention that though pool area was closed off and nobody told us. The beds were pretty hard, not a huge point but I know I definitely need something a bit softer, and our room was filled with bugs.... Definitely was not worth the $375 that was charged for July 4th. Front desk staff was really nice.

The water park is inoperable and definitely not available for use. The beach was ok ...lots of trash. The room was ok. The bathroom had some pretty obvious water damage to one of the walls. The noise from the room above us made it impossible to sleep and the front desk didn't seem to care. The morning of our checkout there was no hot water so we all had ice cold showers. When I told the front desk she stated that we weren't alone as the entire hotel was without hot water. No apologies offered for anything. Very disappointed in our stay.
