The staff were great. The property is out dated and the hot tub does not get very hot. However it is really big and the kids enjoyed the swim and small slides. Good location to Mackinaw city and both ferries.

Overall it was a good stay. The kids loved the mini waterpark. Wasn’t directly on the beach, had to cross over the Main Street to get to the beach. Across from Arnold ferry and they offer a discount ticket. We stayed in a room with a kitchenette, but it wasn’t a true kitchenette, just had a longer counter top and an extra sink. Still only a mini fridge and microwave, no dishes or anything. Beds were comfy and overall would probably stay again. Waterpark and pool were open till 10 pm so the kids were happy.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our suite was incredibly spacious and offered plenty of room for our entire family to feel comfortable. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which truly makes a difference. This hotel is one of our favorites in Mackinaw City, and we happily return about twice a year.

The rooms were very outdated, dirty, our room was never cleaned the whole 4 days we were there even when we requested for it. The pool and hot tub were very cloudy, people were going in the pool fully clothed. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly but that was pry the only good thing about the place.

The hotel layout is one of the most odd layouts I have seen. We stayed on the ground level but the rest of my family stayed on the fourth floor. You had to go in through an unlocked side door, up three flights of stairs (or use the elevator to the third floor) go through a side door past an eerily empty dining space, up a fourth and final set of stairs to the fourth floor. Very strange. The hotel itself is in need of many updates and maintenance. The outside pool area is pretty gross and the water is very murky. The indoor pool and play area is ok.
