Estrutura Horrível

O preço não foi grande coisa, mas esperava o mínimo de estrutura, o banheiro horrível, o box tem apenas um vidro e não fecha. Molha o banheiro todo, as camas são péssimas, dormi em uma cama com o colchão torto. Deixam apenas lençóis. Minha mãe uma senhora de 74 anos não teve o mínimo, solicitei um cobertor pra ela desde o dia que cheguei no dia 22, fui embora no dia 26 e nem atenderam minha solicitação, mesmo pedindo todos os dias um cobertor. O elevador é muito velho, a porta não fecha quando ele está no nível da recepção, e quando você chama, ele não sobe pois indica porta aberta. Tive que descer com minha mãe idosa pelas escadas. Péssimo hotel, não indico e muito menos voltarei a ficar lá. Lamentável esse hotel está nessa plataforma, tira muito a credibilidade do Hotéis.com, estão permitindo qualquer coisa anunciar aqui.

Um absurdo nao lavar as toalhas de banho sabendo que maior parte das pessoas hospedadas vão na praia e chegam com vontade de tomar um banho e a toalha se encontra molhada ainda, usar a mesma por 3 dias, banheiro molha quando toma banho, cheiro de mofo do quarto, no quarto 601 sai cheiro de esgoto quando toma banho

O ar condicionado nao funciona. Me hospedei 2 dias e passei mto calor no quarto. O banheiro tem mal cheiro de esgoto e nao há box, apenas uma cortina de plástico, que deixa o banheiro todo molhado. Tem um funcionário na recepcao bem mal-humorado, nos trata como se tivesse fazendo favor! Ah... e sem contar que eles so trocam as toalhas a cada 3 dias, um absurdo! Vc tem q ficar 3 dias usando a mesma toalha, ou entao vc paga pela troca. Nao voltarei a me hospedar!
