The staff was great, the problem was with the actual room. The vent in the bathroom didnt work, the bathtub had small pieces of hair here and there..and it was rust or something brown on the ceiling. I do have videos and pictures.

I like the convenient location off of I-95. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past 15 years when traveling from Maryland to Florida. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the place has deteriorated. When I checked into my room, the lamp and the television did not turn on, and I was moved to a different room. The staff are helpful and polite.

Overall a great stay at this property. The property is dated and is showing some wear both around the common areas as well as in the room but the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the shower was hot. All you need for an overnight stay. The staff was amazing, especially Michelle! She was so kind and thoughtful.

Morning staff was very friendly. Carpets were torn and dirty. Hair in tub Tubs were in process of being repaired, but were still a mess Party in hallway till 11:00, traffic noise, area seemed unsafe. Breakfast was good, but coffee was cold.

The property is old not maintained. The exterior and the interior chipped paint throughout building, dirty carpets and you can hear everything thats going on in each room. False advertising the pictures appear to nice and clean but when you pull up its down hill from there. Several guest requested refunds after checking in and seeing the rooms.

The staff was the absolute best part of the stay. Michelle welcomed us at the front desk when we checked in and was so friendly and positive and just left us with a warm, friendly feeling. In the morning, the breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30 am, but when we arrived at 9:30 am, there was no food other than waffles. I asked about it at the front desk and was told that the breakfast person had not shown up. However, one of the housekeeping staff, Dee Dee, went out of her way to bring my daughter milk and juice so that she could eat some cereal, and she was very pleasant about it even though it was clearly not part of her job. Eventually they called Michelle to come back to work, even though she had been at work until 3:00 am the night before. She came in like a freight train, refilling all the food trays, greeting everyone with a huge smile on her face, totally positive despite what I'm sure was a lack of sleep. The staff at this hotel turned what could have been an annoying experience into one of warmth and community. Everyone in the lobby responded so positively to Michelle's energy and positivity. That visit ended up being one of the highlights of our week long trip. Thanks ladies! Keep spreading the love!

Bedding was very dirty, the fruit in the breakfast area was rotten the yogurt was expired and the buffet dish was empty and when telling the attendant about it nicely I was looked at like I was bothering them. This was the only place in the Carolinas that we ever got any type of attitude. I didn’t stay the last night and asked if I could get a refund for just that night and was firmly denied.

Not the quality we have seen before.

We have stayed at this hotel, many times over the past years, and this visit was very disappointing. The room had a musty, dank odor. The carpet was stained and looked dirty. And the mattresses were horrid. Most uncomfortable, and very worn out. I know this is an older hotel, and some serious attention to renovation is needed.
