The hotel was not clean at all ! The carpet in the hall ways was disgusting ! Over filled trash cans in and on the property. The room was dirty, the restroom wasn’t cleaned and had dirty was rags in it. Highly don’t recommend

I liked the breakfast, the staff was nice, and the rooms were clean! Alot of stuff was broken like the air conditioner, the locks on the doors and the key machine doesnt code the keys correctly! I had to go back 4 times to get my key working and the lobby carpet and chairs were filthy

I first want to say the staff were very friendly and accommodating in a difficult situation that the hotel had with the water issues. However, it seemed to me that there should have been some type of financial credit/consideration given to those who in the middle of their evening found themselves having to come to the hotel, pack up and literally move to the other side of town. We had chose that location because of the proximity to where we were moving our daughter to in Lubbock from Abilene. The move across town was inconvenient and it seems that just to have the hotel make other arrangements certainly wasn't enough for the inconvenience in time and location. Also, toilet seat had urine on it upon check in to room
