Great Stay!!

The place was clean and had a great breakfast. There was a gentleman in the breakfast area that showed love to everyone that walked in. Especially the kids.

My families experience was amazing. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will keep coming back due to their customer service. Breakfast is always my kids favorite, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfy.

Elegante is a misrepresentation. Bathroom was deteriorated. Shower was badly clogged. Room was dated and dressers wouldn't stay closed. Ac was so loud and couldn't keep the room cool. Pictures made it look much nicer than it was and I felt like I really overpaid. Is rather do something like holiday inn or some other major name. Not worth the price

Imagine this. Big event (cornhole tournament) going on at events center next door. Packed house at hotel. Two lady dining room attendant's advised Dining room Closed for lunch (only soup/salad) SATURDAY because “CHEF” was out getting supplies at 12:30PM and should be good to go by 4:00 service. Only to find out later there were two more chefs in back!!!! I can Tell you that I wouldn’t trust any of these people on the noon shift from that day. Shady s-it going on here. The bar gal and evening dining room lady attendants were DELIGHTFULL!! Won’t happen again.

We enjoyed are time and front desk I forgot her name but she was the one that checked us in she went beyond to make sure we had pool time which was extremely nice but f her but it was a relaxing stay
