The best place in Louisville. Great for kids, especially in summer when the pool is open. restaurants, bars and shopping best in town.
We went to the bowling alley bar and no one ever came to get our drink order also one bartender for the crowd we walked out without a drink. Had a hard time at check in because my husband was in the car with the dog and I had his credit card and she made me go get my husband to check in and wait in a line of 15 people ahead of me. This was our 3rd year for New Years and we probably won’t be back.
Everything was great except there were no food options after 11 PM. Seems strange for a bustling hotel with a downtown location as we had been to a concert and got home at 11:20.

Loved the location and it’s walkability to whiskey row and the riverfront. The pool is phenomenal and staff have always been friendly.
Hotel was nice, room was quite dusty and needed some updating. Better room cleaning is definitely needed.
The bathroom shower had a lot of mold and the room had hairs all over when I checked in. In addition, I had a tax deductible form that I turned in when checking in, the receptionist took it and a copy of my credit card, however when I checked out they told me they couldn’t not honor the tax exemption because it was reserved via a third party.
Very smooth check-in. Staff was friendly and worked expeditiously. The hotel itself was super clean and the rooms were elegant.
The hotel was beautiful! Plenty of dining options and fun atmosphere. Victoria, our poolside server, was amazing!! Highly recommend the Omni in Louisville.
