Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Someone was already in the property when we arrived. Owner blamed evolve, evolve blamed the Owner. Either way I had my family in my car at 11 at night and house I had rented months earlier and fully paid for was occupied. Evolve was terrible to work with. My money was tied up for days waiting for a refund and I had to pay more out of pocket to secure something else to fit us all.

Poor housekeeping, 3 days with no response from management, property in rough shape. Price was a little less than nice hotels, but we found out why. All 4 beds were made but had hair, debris, and particulate under the covers so we had to wash all the bedsheets upon arrival. Sheets, mattresses, and bath towels all very stained. All the lights and devices were unplugged, had to go around plugging everything in. Cobwebs all throughout the home, spiders seen daily in every room. Shower curtain stained, inner curtain covered in white soap scum. Light fixtures cracked and with dead bugs in lens. A deck but no deck furniture. No silverware in the drawers except 3 forks. There in Sept but HVAC dampers were still set to winter settings, so all the cold air went to downstairs vents only. Upstairs remained very hot the first night. Owner failed to respond so we had to fix the damper settings ourselves. Bathroom fixtures cracked, toothbrush holder cracked. Literally an 8” flue pipe from inside the house up into attic, but open on both ends allowing hot dirty attic air directly into house. Stains on ceilings all over. Bathroom wall had half a dozen screw holes. Every pillow horribly stained. Bodily fluid on floors, pee splatter on vanity/walls beside toilets. No paper towels. No house book present despite instructions telling us to see house book for WiFi passwords, etc. Had to stream from phones just to watch basic cable like ESPN. Overall, disappointing and low quality for price.
