The room was clean, but the halls were awful - the staff was friendly, but seriously had no idea how to check us in - I was charged 3x for a prepaid room - I am battling them now on the charges.A/C worked fine, we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel - The room was absolutely tiny, smaller than a bedroom. When asked they told me we had the biggest room. Maybe 12x12?

The lock on my room had a malfunction--meaning I was locked out of my room. I was told they would get me into another room for the night. A repair man finally came and fixed the problem. It was mentioned I would get a discount for my trouble. I have still not heard back from manager! My stay was Oct. 28th. I do not recommend staying here. Good luck if you do.

The room smelled like sewage. There were no towels in my room upon arrival. I called to make sure I’d be able to check in early being a diamond elite member but when I got there the staff was so rude and told me no. Luckily they were able to hold my luggage so I wouldn’t have to carry it around at the conference I was in town for. I didn’t make too big a deal about things since I was only there for two days.

The staff were friendly. The location of the hotel to everything downtown was the best reason to stay at the hotel. The room was clean. The mini fridge in the room did not keep anything cold. THERE IS NO BAR. We were not told that at check in. But the hotel is close enough to other places to get food and drinks.

The pictures show a hotel bar. When we got there we were told the bar has been closed for a while. The first morning we went down to have breakfast and didn’t get waited on for 20 mins. There was only one other group in there. When we asked for coffee they said the entire hotel was out. We asked again for coffee later that night and were told they still didn’t have any. Our room was not cleaned for the 4 nights we were there, we were told they were short staffed and couldn’t clean up. When we called down for additional towels the front desk clerk asked us to go down and get them. This was the worst holiday inn I have stayed at and we usually are very pleased with holiday inn. I even called the customer service line and they said they would contact the hotel but nothing was done. I was highly disappointed.

Will never stay there again.

Hotel advertised bar and restaurant which there wasn't. Also had no free breakfast. Room wasn't ready after scheduled check in time had to leave and come back later when room became available. Rooms are really small the refrigerator in room wouldn't keep drinks cold and was on the Max setting.

The room was so small. The room said Queen bed- there is no way that was a Queen mattress. It was also very hard and uncomfortable. I had to pay extra for a 2nd peraon. I had to pay to park in their parking lot. It was very noisy inside and out of the building. I will never stay at this particular Holiday Inn ever again.
